Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve selected an instrument, a refundable deposit of £200–£1,000 is required (depending on the instrument’s grade). 🎶All rentals include basic instrument maintenance guidance. 🕘Rental extensions or instrument exchanges can be arranged upon request. 📸Condition will be checked upon return. Photos will be taken and recorded in duplicate for condition reference at return. ⚠️Minor natural wear and tear is acceptable. Visible damage (e.g., chipped lacquer exposing wood, dents on front/back boards – excluding tuning peg areas) will incur a £15 deduction per issue. 💰If no damage is found, your deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the instrument is returned, using the original payment method.
